Buck, A Gallagher Company

As a Principal and Senior Consultant with over 30 years of experience, Pam was responsible for helping employers realize the greatest return on one of their largest investments: their people. Her diverse background gives her a unique perspective on Employee Benefits Consulting. She was the lead Merger and Acquisitions (M&A) senior due diligence, integration, harmonization, and implementation consultant and a key Population Health Management advisor and consultant.
Population Health Management uses healthcare data to find new insights and actionable meanings. By organizing, consolidating, and translating data, healthcare data can be analyzed and benchmarked against HEDIS measures, cohort analysis, practice management standards, risk stratification, and predictive modeling to understand true healthcare opportunities and challenges. This perspective enables Ms. Owen to design and implement plans and programs that take advantage of many opportunities for hidden synergies, sustainable savings, improved health outcomes, greater productivity, talent attraction and retention, and, ultimately, better company performance.
Ms. Owen was sourced throughout the company as a subject matter expert to work on companies with 500 employees to 250,000 employees to provide ideas and solutions that would substantially reduce costs with minimum cost shifting to employees.
